- By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by this website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Bombora Supplies’ website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;

- Any claim relating to Bombora Supplies’ website shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales without regard to its conflict of law provisions. General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Website.
9. Definitions
- Items that contain the term 'For professional Use' indicate that the item should not be sold for domestic or retail use.
II. SHIPPING, RETURNS, REPAIRS & WARRANTY
1. Wholesale Orders & Shipping
- All wholesale orders received will receive a confirmation via email or phone. We will contact you if any of the items will be placed on backorder and advise
you of the expected delivery time. - If you wish to backorder any products, please submit a purchase order to [email protected]. (Minimum order of $150 exc GST, Flat shipping charges apply)
- Shipping charges do not include; Re-delivery costs, tailgate fees, or waiting charges. Any additional charges incurred will be invoiced.
- If an order is being drop shipped then a minimum fee of $9.70 exc. GST will be applied. Drop ship fees will also apply where any third-party courier service is used to ship an order.
2. Payments
- Payment is accepted by Credit Card or Direct Deposit. Accounts are available upon application and will be made available to approved customers ( Amex incurs a 1.2% charge for upfront payments).
- To protect cardholders and all parties, for all first-time purchases on a Credit Card a Security Check will be performed before the order can be processed.
- All prices are in AUD.
- Freight for orders shipping outside of Australia is not quoted online as your order needs to be packed in full before we can provide you with accurate shipping costs.
- We note that if you submit an order with us we will first find the best freight quote and we send you a copy of the sales order along with a credit card authorisation form or bank transfer details.
- We also accept payment by bank transfer, however, if the order total is under $2000.00AUD and you are paying from a bank outside oif Australia, there is a $20.00AUD fee applicable on top of the order total. This fee is because your bank and our bank take charges for the transfer. We aren’t able to absorb the cost of this charge for orders under $2,000AUD.
- We require export orders to be confirmed and paid for within 14 days from the date of our first confirmation email unless otherwise arranged. If we don’t hear from you by the date stipulated we may have to cancel your order and return all the packed items back to stock in our warehouse.
3. Account Customers
- Overdue accounts will incur a charge of $9.50 AUD ex GST per week whilst any invoices remain overdue.
4. Damages & Returns

Customers must notify Bombora Supplies of any damages, returns, or discrepancies within five business days of the delivery of the order. Claims made outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. Returned stock outside of these five days will be subject to administrative charges.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items will need to be shipped back to our warehouse at the expense of the customer and will incur a restocking fee of 20 - 50% depending on the item.

Returned goods need to be in excellent, sellable condition.

No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Authority Number (RAN). This RAN is issued by Bombora Supplies.

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Special order items, customised goods, seconds, sale, and clearance items are not able to be returned.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of having a RAN issued. After 30 days, your return request will becancelled. Any goods received after this time may be denied.

Missing shipments must be reported to us within 30 days of the shipping date so we can lodge an investigation with the freight company. Claims after this time cannot be processed.
5. Warranty

Some items carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty conditions must be noted with the item when purchased. Bombora Supplies’ Warranty Conditions may vary from the original product warranty included by the manufacturer. See the product description on the website for specific product warranty details.

All warranties extend to the end user of the purchased product, not to the reseller.

All warranties do not cover recommended maintenance (or what is considered normal wear and tear) as per the product manual/user guide.

The warranty does not cover any issues caused due to the impact of water quality.

- Warrant repairs for the NCT-LINK Nucleus Link Coffee Roaster is a parts-only warranty. Labour will be invoiced to the client upon completion of in-warranty service or repair.
6. Proof of Purchase

For warranty claims, the end user must present Bombora Supplies with Proof of Purchase. Proof of Purchase must clearly show the purchased item, the reseller’s details, and the date of purchase. Warranty may not be valid if purchased from an unauthorised reseller.
7. Repairs & Servicing.

For repairs under warranty, the cost of shipping is not included. The cost of shipping the goods to the authorised repair agent may be paid by the reseller/end user. The cost of labour for repairs may not be included in some warranties.

- The customer is liable for all costs associated with servicing equipment that is out of warranty. These costs include postage, labour, and parts.
- Labour charges start at $44.95 (ex. GST) per product.
- Prior to any repairs being carried out, the customer will be advised of final service costs. Servicing will not be finalised until these service costs have been approved by the customer. If any additional issues arise during testing, the customer will be advised of amended costs. Servicing will not proceed until this amended service cost has been approved by the customer.
- For all repairs, please allow up to 12 business days for completion.
- A product will be deemed repaired/serviced, once it is operating within a manufacturing tolerance.
- Please see the Repairs section for information regarding repairs under warranty.
- Bombora Supplies shall not be responsible for any damages incurred or goods lost during transport to and from our warehouse. This includes all returns, repairs, and servicing, whether under warranty or out of warranty.
8. Special Order Items
By placing an order for an item marked with 'Special Order' you agree to the following :
- Payment made in full.
- No refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or customised products.
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
III. ORDER PICKUP POLICY
At Bombora, we want to ensure that your experience with us is as efficient as possible – from customer service to the delivery of your order.
For local customers, we offer the option of order pickup from our Warehouse. To ensure that this process is as smooth as possible, we are implementing a new policy for Order Pickups. Please read the policy below and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
- All orders require a 24-hour processing period.
- When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS from our team. To avoid extensive waiting times, please do not arrive at Bombora until you have received an SMS regarding the availability of your order.
- We will send an SMS to the mobile number that we have on record for you. If you wish to have the SMS sent to an alternative mobile number, please either add a comment to your order including the preferred mobile number, or advise a member of our sales team via phone or email.
- If your order is urgent please contact us as soon as your order is placed. Please follow the directions below for urgent orders.
i. If your order was placed during business hours:
- Contact us via phone.
- Quote your Order ID Number.
- Advise the time that you would like your order to be ready by.
ii. If your order was placed after business hours:
- Contact us via email.
- Include your Business Name.
- Advise the time that you would like your order to be ready.
iii. We will aim to have your order ready for collection by the advised time.
- When your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS. Please do not arrive at Bombora to collect your order until you have received this SMS.
- Orders not picked up within 14 days of the date of purchase will be cancelled, refunded, and returned to stock with a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase.
Quotations and Prices
All pricing on Sales Quotes is only valid for 7 days from the date of the Sales Quote. Bombora Supplies may at its sole discretion increase the prices specified in a quotation up until the point of written acceptance of a purchase or sales order. Bombora Supplies may increase the prices specified in a quotation if there are fluctuations in material costs between the time of quotation and The Customer’s written acceptance of a purchase or sales order. All prices quoted are, unless expressly stated otherwise, exclusive of GST and are subject to increases in the amount of any existing or new taxes imposed by Federal or State Authorities upon the manufacture, transportation and/or sale of the materials specified.
