AFTER-SALES PRODUCT AND SERVICE ENQUIRIES
If you have a product issue in or out of warranty or a technical question, please complete the form on this link and we will come back to you within 1 working day.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt (assuming stock is available). You will receive an email notification informing you of tracking information on the day the order is dispatched. Delivery is usually between 2-3 working days for the East Coast and 5-6 working days for the West Coast.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Our merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment by our distribution team, however, we realise that damage during transit may occur despite these precautions.
Please check all shipments when they are delivered for shortages or signs of damage. If you find a problem, please contact us. Even if the exterior cartons of your shipment appear undamaged, you should still unpack and examine the goods as soon as possible. Please do not dispose of any packing material until you have contacted us and are satisfied with your delivery.
If you have incorrectly ordered a product we would be happy to exchange it for you within 14 days providing the item is in its original condition and has not been used. Please contact us for a returns authorisation number. Customers are responsible for the postage costs incurred for returns.
A restocking fee may be applied - this is assessed case by case.

VIEWING ORDERS & STATUS
An Order and Payment Confirmation will be sent to your email once your order has been received. An Order Dispatched Confirmation will be provided once your parcel has been shipped. If you have selected a trackable shipment method then a tracking number will also be sent via email.
